Somatic Exercise is a micro movement slow paced session focusing on reconnecting the motor-cortex of the brain and the muscle to enable proper movements. These movements can be done in most position, settings and with many adaptations through progression.

Join our Yoga Instructor in a variety of yoga sessions. From beginner to expert we will adapt our class to meet your movement abilities. Also offered are distance or sessions via on line platforms.
